One of my nursing buddies said the pop up was accurate for him and other nursing students in my cohort. Long Runs are essential - Long runs as I call it are 85-150 question runs. Gradually move up from 85 questions to 150. Simulate it like the NCLEX, with breaks and with the same time frame. I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck!
